While troubleshooting my nonfunctional radiator fans I found this mess under the ash tray. I have no idea where these connect to. Any help would be appreciated. The car is a 1978.

Does your car have a stereo installed? If not, I'm wondering if those are maybe the wires for that? If you do have a stereo installed… then no idea! I can look under my ash tray this weekend and see if I have anything similar.

Hi Chris, It has the stereo in place. The two connectors I think go to the bulb for the ash tray but I only see the one insulated terminal on it. I'll see which one goes high when I turn on the lights. Hopefully the other one shorts to DC GND. I'm not sure what to do with the green wire and the two black ones with the term ring.
