Seriously.......how do you get in your GT4?

OK, first post and it may seem like a stupid question BUT i am keen to know how you all actually place yourself into your GT4.  I am no Basketball player at just over 6ft and i can't get in and get my knees under the steering wheel without stepping on the pedals.  Tell me i'm doing this wrong!!

I come in at under 6ft (5' 10"), but I still have a little trouble too—couldn't imagine being taller and trying to get in and out of this car. And I don't think I've ever seen this question asked anywhere, so props to you!

I usually sit my butt in the seat first with both legs still outside, then swing my legs around. I still have to be slow and careful about it, but that usually works the best for me. I have seen other folks grasp the quarter window and the window frame of the door and hoist themselves in feet first, getting one leg around each side of the steering wheel before their butt hits the seat. That doesn't work too well for me, but maybe if you're a bit taller that'll work?

Someone needs to film a video of their technique!

Thanks! I like the sound of your method so I’ll be trying that out for sure.  It’s something that has bothered me since the start and I feel there must be a knack to it.  I always put it down to the fact it was designed by/for those of a smaller stature but I know taller owners than me cope just fine.   Looking forward to learning more from you and no doubt many others. I’ll chip in wherever I can too!
